This workshop aims to engage youth of different ages in a fun pastry making activity. Kids love to play with their food and use their imagination.
Saturday: The Happy Snowman – During this fun and simple workshop, kids make a snowman using cake, chocolate and frosting.
Sunday: Reindeer – Kids make reindeer heads using chocolate, cake and crackers. This is an opportunity for them to re-create a reindeer using a variety of food decorations.
All ingredients and equipment is provided.
This workshop is lead by Negar Familsabzevari, from Hamadan, Iran, who moved to Canada in 2010 and has been following her dream of being a chef ever since. She studied in some of the top-rated chef and pastry schools in the world for almost 5 years and is still doing everything she can to push herself to be the best.
